Returns requests may be processed through the Contact section available in the main menu. Once your request has been received, we will contact you as soon as possible to review the case.

If the claim is approved, the corresponding product amount will be refunded or, if preferred, a replacement item with equivalent characteristics will be provided. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Incorrect installation of adhesive products or the customer’s incorrect choice of model will not be considered valid reasons for a return or replacement, provided that the product information is clearly specified in its description.

Returns or replacements will only be considered when the product has manufacturing defects or does not match the description provided on the website.
