Return policies

Claims and refund requests are handled through the Contact section of the main menu (Instagram, email, or form). Once we receive your request, we will evaluate your case and contact you as soon as possible.

CLAIMS:

Claims will not be accepted for:

  • ❌ Incorrect placement of adhesives.
  • ❌ Incorrect model choice by the customer.

Claims will only be accepted if the product:

  • ✅ It has manufacturing defects.
  • ✅ It does not match the product description.

If the claim is accepted, the following will be offered:

  • 💲 Refund of the product amount.
  • 🔄️ Replacement with another item of equivalent characteristics.

Requirements:

  • Web purchases: it is mandatory to attach the order code (Example: VIN0000).
  • Purchases in physical stores (third parties): The complaint must be processed directly with the store.

RETURNS:

To process a return or replacement, the product must be returned complete and with all its parts.

SHIPPING COSTS:

When the reason is attributable to the client:

  • I don't like the color.
  • Model error.
  • Any other customer error.

➡️ Shipping costs will not be refunded and the costs of new shipments must be paid.

When the reason is attributable to Vinetic:

  • The product received does not match the order.
  • The product is not compatible despite what is stated in the description.
  • Any other mistakes by the Vinetic team.

➡️ Shipping costs will be covered by Vinetic. In case of replacement, Vinetic will handle both the shipping of the new product and the return shipping.
