How do I remove them?

REMOVE THEM WITH HEAT

Apply heat with a household hair dryer and remove it by hand. It’s that simple.

Do not remove it while cold or use tools, as you could damage the bicycle.

If your bicycle is on this list, it means that we have tested them and confirmed that they are compatible.

If your bicycle does not appear on the list, or you are unsure of the model and year, we provide the measurements in the last product photo.

We prepare your orders within 1 to 4 business days. Depending on whether we have your order in stock or need to make it for you.

Due to our wide variety of colors and models, we do not have all products in stock; we may make it exclusively for you. This takes time.

We design, test, and manufacture all our models ourselves from VALENCIA, SPAIN. (You won't find our products on AliExpress 😅).

Testing and verifying the models one by one takes time. It's a task we can only do with the bicycle in front of us, and we can't do it remotely, even if you send us the measurements, because there are always corners that are missed.

That's why, IF IT'S NOT IN OUR CATALOG, WE CAN'T OFFER IT.

We're gradually expanding the catalog.

CAN’T FIND YOUR MODEL?

If it is not in our catalog, WE CANNOT MAKE IT.

  • The catalog includes everything we can manufacture. It is available to all our customers. If a model does not appear, it is because we cannot make it.
  • Sending us the measurements is not enough. We need to have the bicycle available so that we can take and validate the measurements ourselves.
  • We are expanding the catalog. It is a complex process. Spending time handling requests for unavailable models leaves us less time to add new models.

What can you do? Wait for us to add your model to the catalog. There is no other option.
